Behavior:
When you open a document tray in the web client you receive this message:
"The right search is not granted"
or
When you try to import a document into a document tray, you receive this message:
"The right store is not granted"
Solution:
The reason for this error is a problem with the Microsoft Message Queueing (MSMQ), which is used for the internal communication.
In such cases the reset of the MSMQ will solve the problem.
