During an archive synchronization workflow between DocuWare 6.9 and a newer DocuWare version, the following error message appears:

"Cannot find active authentication server. All servers are either stopped or the communication channel settings don't allow a connection."

This occurs if the master archive is on DocuWare 6.9 and synchronizes it with a newer DocuWare system.
