Answer: 
The path for the setup logs is: %allusersprofile%\DocuWare\SetupLogs

Please note that the folder for older setup logs will be renamed. At the end, the execution date is added, for example: "%allusersprofile%\DocuWare\SetupLogs_old_20160503_092104"
