Question: After running DocuWare setup for an upgrade/install, the setup GUI seems to have hung. Solution: There are times where Windows will cause the setup to hang at the end of the process. When this happens, it is likely that the setup has already completed. If the setup is at the "Initialization" step for an extended period of time with no errors and you are unable to minimize, close, or cancel, open the DocuWare Service Control and confirm all services are started. Test to make sure you are able to successfully log in and utilize the web client. If everything is successful, open Windows Task Manager and kill the "DocuWare.Setup.GUI.exe" process. If you run into any errors when testing or services starting, please contact DocuWare Technical Support.
