You navigate to Web Client, expecting to see the login screen, instead you are presented with the below image.

There are a few possible solutions for this issue, please see below:

Issue with IIS

  1. Gain access to your DocuWare Server
  2. Hit the Start Button
  3. Open a Command Prompt as an Administrator
  4. Type IISRESET (This will restart IIS causing a temporary outage of the Web Client)

Issues with Browser Security Rights

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Select the Gear Wheel in the upper right hand corner of the browser
  3. Select Compatibility View Settings
  4. Add the DocuWare Website URL under Add this website:
