Behavior:
You have configured the Local Data Connector correctly and also set and activate the connections. Nevertheless, the Local Data Connector is blank, and the created connections aren't available in Indexing Assistant, Workflow Designer, Autoindex, or Workflow.


Solution:
Please refer to the following guide to alleviate this behavior;

1. From the Local Data Connector, check if the organization credentials are entered by clicking on DocuWare Credentials within the DocuWare System section.


2. Enter or re-enter your DocuWare credentials. If the credentials were entered correctly, a message confirming that the entered credentials will populate.

3. Lastly,  please restart the Local Data Connector Service.

In case the issue still occurs, please load the EventViewer and check if there are any errors/ warning messages regarding the Local Data Connector registered.
Please export or copy the present logs and open a Support Request with these attached.
