Behavior:
When attempting to use your Microsoft Login for your DocuWare System, you receive the following error:
"An error occurred while processing your request."
Solution:
This is because the user's network account has not been assigned a role to the PolicyStat application within the Active Directory server.
Your Azure Active Directory Administrator will need to perform the steps in this guide to resolve the error: Assign Role to PolicyStat Application
