Behavior:
When attempting to use your Microsoft Login for your DocuWare System, you receive the following error:
"An error occurred while processing your request."
Solution:
This is because the user's network account has not been assigned a role to the PolicyStat application within the Active Directory server.
Your Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) Administrator will need to perform the steps in this guide to resolve the error: Assign Role to PolicyStat Application
