You are having troubles with Intelligent Indexing and DocuWare Support requests your Intelligent Indexing user for further troubleshooting.

Answer:
Please complete the following in order to find your Intelligent Indexing user;

  1. From the DocuWare Web Client, open the "Configurations" page.
  2. Go to the Intelligent Indexing plugin.
  3. Take a screenshot of or take a note of the "User Connected" value.
