Is it possible to import an On-premise Preconfigured Solution into the Cloud or vice versa?
Answer:
This would not be possible. Preconfigured Solutions can only be imported to the same DocuWare instance that it was created on. Preconfigured Solutions that were created from a Cloud installation can only be imported into Cloud installations.
Preconfigured Solutions that were created from an On-premise installation can be imported only into On-premise installations.
