Why is the simulation option grayed out during the upgrade process?

Answer:
When using MySQL Database, the upgrade simulation can only be performed under the following conditions:
  1. DocuWare setup must be executed on the machine where the database server is installed.
  2. MySQL tools are utilized for the simulation and must be located within the MySQL location.

KBA is applicable to On-premise Organizations ONLY.
