I receive a "GetDefaultWebsite" error when upgrading my system. However, there are no options from the dropdown of the Web Site section.



Answer: 
This occurs when the hostname is not specified correctly in the IIS binding or is set as " * "
 

 
This value should be set as the correct Host name or left empty.
