Question:
What is the size limit of a DocuWare Preconfigured Solutions DWBUC file?
Answer:
A DWBUC file can not be larger than 20mb, if this number is exceeded, the import will be aborted. Please refer to KBA-36930 on how to increase the size limit.
(Note: KBA referenced is only applicable to On-premise systems only. The size limit for DocuWare Cloud systems cannot be altered or changed)
KBA is applicable for Cloud & On-premise Organizations.
