How do I update my DocuWare contract information?

If you want to update your DocuWare contract, such as changing the address of your organization, please contact the DocuWare Orders Department (For US customers dworders@docuware.com and orders@docuware.com for EMEA and APAC customers). For on-premise organizations, for these changes to be visible within your DocuWare system, please download and apply a new license file which will include all the updated contract information. If changes to the contract, such as updating the system administrator, must be done, please contact DocuWare Support (For US customers support.americas@docuware.com or support.emea@docuware.com for EMEA and APAC customers) for further assistance.
