How do I update the system administrator on my contact?


  1.  The user you wish to replace the current system administrator with must have an account registered under your organization. If the user is not currently registered please see the following KBA. Register for the support portal
  2. The key contact of the organization must then send an email to indacating the contract number and requesting this change to be made. If you do not have a key contact please submit a support request via DocuWare's support portal.
