How do I update the system administrator on my contract?
Please refer to the following on how to update the system administration;
- The user you wish to replace the current system administrator with must have an account registered under your organization. If the user is not currently registered please see the following article.
- The key contact of the organization must then email the DocuWare Orders Department (For US Customers firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com for EMEA and APAC customers) entailing the account's contract number and request this change to be made. If you do not have a key contact, please submit a support request via the DocuWare Support Portal: Create a Support Ticket
