How do I update the system administrator on my contract?
Please refer to the following on how to update the system administration;
- The user you wish to replace the current system administrator with must have an account registered under your organization. If the user is not currently registered please see the following article. Register for the support portal
- The key contact of the organization must then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org entailing the account's contract number and requesting this change to be made. If you do not have a key contact, please submit a support request via DocuWare's support portal. https://support.docuware.com/en-US/
