Scenario:
The Document Tool Restore Services is not updating changed indexes.
Solution:
The Restore Services are not intended to update changed indexes within a File Cabinet. Suppose a database restore is performed with the Document Tool, and a record already exists for the document in the main file cabinet table. In this case, the database record is not updated even if the index data in the header file differs from that in the document record.

The Restore Services are not intended to update changed indexes within a File Cabinet. Suppose a database restore is performed with the Document Tool, and a record already exists for the document in the main file cabinet table. In this case, the database record is not updated even if the index data in the header file differs from that in the document record.
The Document Tool can only fill in missing entries in the File Cabinet tables. Edited entries that contain different index data or other information are not considered. If the entries of the documents to be restored are no longer present in this table, the Document Tool can recreate the database entries from the DWX header files.
