When attempting to import a preconfigured solution, the following error message is shown;
"Preconfigured solution could not be imported. "There is already a "..." with name: "..." in your system." 
(Note: The above ellipses will be replaced by the object type and the name of that object.)

This error occurs when a duplicate object is present within the system. In the above example, the imported preconfigured solution attempts to create a role named "Manager"; however, the system already has a role named "Manager." To resolve this behavior, rename or delete the specified duplicate object. Once completed, the importation of the preconfigured solution will proceed as intended.
