When attempting to access "My Account" at DocuWare.com, the following error messages are shown;


Solution:
This error occurs when Antivirus or Proxys are present on the user's workstation, which prevents DocuWare's My Account from displaying any information. Please refer to Avoid conflicts with Virus scanners and Proxys and work with your organization's IT administrator to alleviate and prevent this issue from reoccurring.
