Scenario:
When attempting to use Smart Index, the following error message is presented;
 
"Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {xxxxxxx} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered"


 
Solution:
Please recreate the Smart Index Configuration and take a new snapshot for the Sample Application Window on the computer encountering the described error message.
