How can I repeat Intelligent Indexing on documents?
 
Solution:
Once new documents are imported into a Document Tray with Intelligent Indexing enabled, they will be automatically indexed in the background. If a multitude of new documents are imported into the tray and some have been checked, confirmed, and stored, the Repeat Intelligent Indexing function can be used to repeat Intelligent Indexing on the remaining documents in the tray to better train your DocuWare system's Intelligent Indexing. Please refer to the following guide on how this can be achieved;
 
1. Move or import the documents we wish to repeat Intelligent Indexing on into a Document Tray. 
(Note: Please ensure the tray that the documents are imported to is enabled with Intelligent Indexing.)
 
2. Once the documents are in the Document Tray, right-click the document and select "Repeat Intelligent Indexing"
 
3. Intelligent Indexing will reprocess the documents in the background, which will improve your organization's Intelligent Indexing.
