Answer:
By product design, DocuWare versions 7.6 and below require .NET Core 3.1. If .NET Core 3.1 is uninstalled or not present within your system, issues during the installation of DocuWare will occur. For more infromation on if .NET Core 3.1 is uninstalled, please see KBA-36962.
