Commencing in DocuWare version 7.8, the Recycle Bin was introduced. When documents are deleted, they are first sent to the Recycle Bin, where they can be restored or permanently deleted from the system.
When the documents are deleted, the files remain in the same folder of the storage location they were originally stored in; however, there is now an additional file with the extension ".tbdwx". This file is an indicator that the document has been sent to the Recycle Bin. There is no need to consider extra storage for the Recycle Bin because the files remain in the same location.
