Behavior:
When downloading a document from the Web Client, you get a network error and/or the file name of the document changes to a long GUID.

Solution:
If you open the print dialog of a document and then want to save the document from this dialog, you get the following error message with a network error:
This is because the “Print” function is not intended for saving or downloading documents.

Nevertheless, there are two ways how the download is working in that way:
1. use Firefox, here the download does not end in an error.
2. use the print function "Microsoft Print to PDF”. In this case, a new PDF file will be created.
However, the most effective way to download a document is to use the dedicated function in the web client.
This will ensure that the download works flawlessly.
