How can I change the user running the DocuWare Application Pools in IIS?
 
Answer:
Please refer to the following guide to change the user running the DocuWare Application Pools in IIS;
  1. Navigate to IIS and expand the left-hand menu to access Application Pools.

     
  2. Right-click the first DocuWare Application Pool and open Advanced Settings...

     
  3. Locate the Identity value under Process Model and click the ellipses on the right.

     
  4. Ensure the Custom account is enabled, then click Set.. 

     
  5. From the Set Credentials window, you can enter the new domain username and password.
  6. Lastly, perform steps 2-5 on each of the DocuWare Application Pools. Once completed, perform an IIS reset.
