Question:
While following KBA-37502, I am prompted to utilize DocuWare Passphrase within my Make.com workflow. Where is DocuWare's Passphrase option located?
Solution:
Commencing in DocuWare 7.4, the option to configure a Passphrase has been moved from the DocuWare Administration Tool to the Organization Settings plugin on the DocuWare Configurations/Security page. Access the Organization Settings plugin, then navigate to Security > Passwords > Passphrase.
Note: To access the Organization Settings plugin, you must be granted administrative permissions.
KBA is applicable to both Cloud and On-premise Organizations.
