Question:
Why is the Print icon in the DocuWare Viewer toolbar greyed out and inaccessible?
Answer:
This behavior has occurred because the Print function in the context menu for Result List has been restricted. To resolve the behavior, the Result list must be altered to include the Print Function.
Please refer to KBA-36884 for more information on how to add context menu functions to a Result list.
Note: There are some functions that will require additional user permissions to be restricted.
KBA is applicable to both On-premise and Cloud Organizations.
