Why is One Click Indexing no longer working?
 
Answer:
This behavior can occur if One Click Indexing has been disabled from the toolbar. Please refer to the following guide to enable One Click Indexing;
  1. Open a document and select the dropdown in the DocuWare Viewer.


     
  2. Click on the ABC  icon to enable One Click Indexing, then reattempt to use this functionality.

KBA is applicable to both Cloud and On-premise Organizations.
