Why is One Click Indexing no longer working?
Answer:
This behavior can occur if One Click Indexing has been disabled from the toolbar. Please refer to the following guide to enable One Click Indexing;
- Open a document and select the dropdown in the DocuWare Viewer.
- Click on the ABC icon to enable One Click Indexing, then reattempt to use this functionality.
KBA is applicable to both Cloud and On-premise Organizations.
