1. From the affected file cabinet, select the Permissions tab, then enable "Advanced Permissions".

2. Select the Custom Profiles tab, then click the "+" symbol to create a new Custom Profile.

3. Name the Custom Profile and add the appropriate permissions using the File Cabinet tab. To restrict the Print function, ensure the Export permission is unchecked.

4. On the Index Fields tab, configure the permissions for Index Fields to your desired preference, then select OK.

5. Once completed, add the users to this Custom Profile utilizing the Users icon.

6. Since the Read and Owner Standard Profiles permit users to use the Print function, click on the Standard Profiles tab and remove them utilizing the Users icon.

7. Refresh the DocuWare Web Client, and these users will not be able to Print from the described file cabinet.
