Behavior:
When attempting to access DocuWare Administration or the DocuWare Web Client, the following error is shown;
"Server Error in '/DocuWare/Platform' Application."

Answer:
The error indicates an issue such as incorrect, missing contents and/or corruption within the dwmachine.config file located in %programdata%\DocuWare\ServerConfig\. Verify the contents of the file to ensure everything is accurate and no information is missing.
