Behavior:
Using Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Connections in storageRobot, the uploaded files fail to reach DocuWare on the first run of the job. However, after running the job a second time, the files are successfully uploaded.
Answer:
By product design, this behavior is intentional and expected. Intelligent Document Processing may take longer than the maximum allowed wait time for the Natif API. Since the storageRobot must wait for every single file to be processed by IDP, run the storageRobot job twice to ensure all files are successfully uploaded to your DocuWare system.
