Behavior:
When using an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) connection in storageRobot, the uploaded files fail to reach DocuWare after initially running the job. However, after running the job a second time, the files are successfully uploaded.
Answer:
By product design, this behavior is intended and also required. Intelligent Document Processing may take longer than the maximum allowed wait time for the Natif API. Since the storageRobot must wait for every single file to be completed from IDP, run the StorageRobot job twice to see files uploaded to your DocuWare site.
