Since the DocuWare Support Portal only supports the concept of one company per user. This would relate to main company relations. If you need to open a Support Request for a customer who is not a customer of your main company relation, you will need to include their information manually. The best practice may be to keep the title short and enter the necessary information in the description, like customer, contract, and related partner.
