In my client organization when someone want to store something to Docuware from Outlook, the following error message appear:

Based on your organization's policy, the upload of the file to [DocuWare URL] has been blocked because the file was detected to contain malware that wil be harmful to the receiving end's network security.


Please find attached the error screenshot.


Can someone help me with some advice of how to solve this problem??? I mean why Docuware is identified as malware? The attachemnts are just regular .pdf documents already defined in the import configuration.
