Hola buenas tardes.

Uno de nuestros cliente esta presentando este problema al momento de procesar documentos mediante las Desktop Apps, al revisar el historial de las APPs, se visualiza el error, presionando el boton Retry, se procesan los documentos.

La pregunta es a que se refiere este error y en que forma lo podemos solucionar, ya que el la Base de Conocimiento no hay nada relacionado con este mensaje de error
