We have a contract document which requires both internal and external approval. The internal movement of the document is easy enough through Docuware but I am struggling to come up with a way where we could involve customer approval and signature on the document via any Docuware processes. Surely they could print out the document or download/sign using a PDF viewer, but that is definitely not ideal. I had initially hoped that I could somehow utilize the Form Builder's signature field to allow a customer signature to be merged onto the document which needed approval, however it seems like form signatures are only able to be applied to "template" documents, not documents which have already been uniquely filled out.
Any ideas?
