Delimitar informacion codigo QR

Buenas tardes
Quisiera saber si es posible que de un código QR se pueda seccionar (limitar) por partes la información para sustraer partes e indexar campos diferentes.
Esto seria, de la información del código llenar automáticamente campos diferentes.
