Behavior:
Certificates are not successfully transferred from SAP system to DocuWare.
Solution:
Before starting the certificate transfer from the SAP system to DocuWare, it is highly recommended to close the DocuWare Administration. Otherwise it is quite likely, that the certificates cannot be sent successfully.
