Behavior:
After adding a field to a file cabinet the following error message appears:
Error while updating the table 'DWFCSettings'.
Exception: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.DWFCSettings' with unique index '...'.
The duplicate key value is (GUID). The statement has been terminated.
Solution:
Please check whether manual triggers have been created in the database. Deactivate the manually created triggers and try to add the field again. Then you can reactivate the trigger.
Keep in mind that external triggers are not supported by DocuWare.
