Workflow Manager: Customers can see groups of all organisations - DocuWare 6.5 Hotfix 7

Workflow Manager:
You use the Option "reassign" to reassign a workflow instance in a Workflow Controller Tasklist.
Instead of the groups of the current DocuWare organization you can see all groups of ALL DocuWare organisations in the same DocuWare System.
