Behaviour:
Loading or confirming, workflow tasks long loading/waiting times are experienced.
To analyse the performance of workflow tasks we need a Google Chrome HAR log.
Solution:
In the Google Chrome Browser, click the button "Adapt and adjust Google Chrome" - navigate to the menu "More Tools" and "Developer Tools" (see screenshot below). Alternatively press key "F12" to open the Interface directly.
Open the Developer Tools
Ensure that the tab "network" is selected. Then reproduce the behavior and store the request results. To do this click with the right mouse button on the area of the request results and choose the option "Save as HAR with content" (see screenshot down below).
Store the behaviour as HAR log
Send us this log with a detailed description and an exact time of the behaviour.
