This entry is new in DocuWare 6.11.
It defines how many workflow instances per minute for the same document and workflow version are triggered.
With the default value "10" a smooth operation can be ensured.
If the value is increased, the workflow will be unpublished automatically and the workflow controllers will be notified by e-mail.
