I have a problem. Here's the history:
I had manage to configure our Firewall to route traffic to the Docuware server. Simply put, we were able to access Docuware from outside.the network.
But after a Docuware update to version 7.5, our internal users changed from accessing Docuware via the server IP to accessing it through the server name.
This caused outside users to not be able to access Docuware at all.
How can I resolve this?
