HI, one customer of Docuware is using 6.6 version and Server OS is update from Windows server R2 to Windows Server 2012 R2. Before updating i have took Configuration Backup from the Docuware and after i reinstall the Docuware 6.6 version. after installation all services are worked properly until i restore the configuration backup to the Docuware. Now Content Server and Workflow Server services are not starting.
I have attached the screen shot also.
Kindly requesting a help for this.

Hi,
Please take a look at the event logs of the operating system
Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> Application.
Find the entry with the startup error and add it to this post or try resolved it by yourself.
