Powerbuilder application printing to Docuware printer - nothing arrives at inbox

Our ERP is a Powerbuilder application. We would like to integrate docuware.
Therefore we integrated the dwControl tags in our documents.

Other PDF print drivers like PDFCreator, PDF995 or PDF24 work fine together with our ERP.
However the Docuware print driver seems to have a problem with it because nothing arrives at the inbox.
Even documents without dwControl tags don't arrive at the inbox.

Printing from other applications like Word or Notepad is working. The printed documents arrive at the inbox.

Is there a general problem with Powerbuilder applications?

Is there another possibility to send documents together with the information in the dwControl tags to the inbox?

I saw there is or was an SDK. Is it still supported or advisable to use? Are there other kinds of APIs oder SDKs?
