Good afternoon, 

Normal operation of the system with all the configuration in the file cabinet made, the profiles with the users and their access rules according to the document should be assigned for user viewing. 

Recently there was a slowness and locking of the administrator configuration screen where all profiles and result list created list disappeared.

Please create a new Support Request so we can take a closer look at why the Profiles and Result Lists have disappeared.
