Integration with Trimble

Does anyone have any experience of integrating DocuWare with Trimble - specifically Contract Master, Costing & Accounts modules? Can these modules accept .CSV files? I've asked the question in their support portal, but not received a response.  Thank you, Jan Henderson, ToshibaTEC
