DW tech support reported to me that "Unfortunately, there is currently no setting to revert the functionality of the scroll wheel in the viewer." -
Disable Scrolling Through Document
Is there any way to disable the new feature of scrolling through documents with the mouse wheel? -
Tracking Failed Logins
Is it possible to view failed login attempts when using DocuWare authentication? I couldn't find it under the auditing.

David -
Change Workflow Services Account
Phil,
I found my problem was that the user account for the Workflow service (a local admin DWSERVICES account) does not have access to my network share where the Access file is stored. I changed the user account for the Workflow service but it won't start as this user (who is also a domain admin). If I change the user back to the my local DWSERVICES account, it starts up. What am I missing?

Tool?
Jon,
How are you testing the connection in the DW Admin Tool? I must be blind.

MDAC
Phil,
I already have the 64 bit Access driver installed. I'm not sure what you mean by "the Access database must have a user name and password configured." Do you mean the login information under the DSN connection or under the Database Connection in DocuWare?

Thanks Jon
Thanks Jon. That's exactly the same problem I'm having with an Access DB.

ODBC Connection Not Working After Upgrade
Hi all,
I just upgraded our system from 6.12 to 7. I use an ODBC connection for autoindexing and know that 7 no longer supports 32 bit connections. I created a 64-bit DSN matching the exact name of the 32-bit DSN (based on one of Phil's previous posts) but I am still receiving the [object Object] error when modifying my AutoIndex jobs.
Can anyone offer some help?
Thanks,
David

Application Pool Recycling
We are experiencing problems with the DocuWare Platform Services App Pool needing to be recycled every few days or the users cannot logon. This happened on a past installation of DocuWare 6.12. In early September, I installed a fresh install of DW 6.12 on a new server and the problem has returned. As recommended by a past post, I have changed my Recycling Conditions from fixed intervals to a specific time as 1:00am each day. This has not fixed the problem.
I am running DW 6.12 on Windows Server 2012 R2 with a MS SQL backend.
Any thoughts or help are appreciated.
Thanks,
David

DocuWare to SharePoint
A portion of my office is breaking off and will no longer have access to our DocuWare server. Instead, they are installing a SharePoint server. Besides searching and downloading files, does anyone have any tips on exporting the documents from their file cabinets so they can save them into SharePoint?
