Has anyone found a way to monitor Intelligent Indexing quota availability without logging in and manually checking each day?  Is there a way to send an automated report that shows our usage and alerts when we have used 75% of our monthly quota?

We recently upgraded to Docuware 7.1.  I see that Select Lists are no longer created in the Admin Tool, but I cannot find any documentation showing me how to create them using the Configuration tool.  Can someone point me in the right direction?
