    Hello Jon,

    i think that documents are bigger than 20 MB and DocuWare Platform by default cannot handle uploading files larger than that. Hot to increase this is described here:

    Hello Jon,

    have a look at the attached screenshot of the result list of DocuWare mobile app. When clicking the symbol in the red rectangle the info dialog will we shown and you can read or edit idex data. The area to the left or right will open the document.

    i have checked your cloud contract and there were some changes by our US colleagues yesterday and the used storage is currently only 5%. If you are still having issues when storing new documents please open a new support ticket and my colleagues will check. Please write a mail to support.americas@docuware.com.
